Hi Julio,

From what I can tell - the original domain with <lcSequencing> required (and still requires) @id. The grammar files for learning2 do not actually require @id here, so it looks like this was relaxed for the new domain. I'll double check with the learning subcommittee and expect to remove the statement that says @id is required.

Topic states that the @id attribute is required however none appears in the example. I suspect that the @id statement is incorrect in this topic.
