RE: [dita-help] Help Features in DITA 1.3

My exposure to the SC work is relatively shallow, but yes it does appear
to me that we're talking about attributes on existing elements rather
than new specializations of elements. This is fitting, insofar as OLH is
a particular purpose and rendition of otherwise used content.
