Interactions domain updates and samples

Dear DITA learning sub-committee,

Please review the design summary for
the DITA Interactions domain in SC wiki -

This reflects the status of the design,
based on input, discussion, and exchange involving Reuben Tozman, John
Accardi, Scott Hudson, and John Hunt.

In addition, the latest update to the
learningsc_plugin includes working DTD definitions for these interactions,
which get used in the lcInteractions in the learningAssessment topic. 

        demo\learningsc\sample\testlearningAssess.dita
provides samples of each of the six interactions.

        demo\learningsc\sample\out\testlearningAssess.html
shows the output from generic DITA OT processing.

these interaction samples is available here -

Please review this design, reply back
to the dita-learningspec list with comments, and plan to discuss this week
