Review and revise the DITA learning specialization design and language specdraft

Dear DITA learning sub-committee members,

We have a very solid design, and I'm starting to get quite
a few inquiries about the details. I'd like to make every effort to have
a solid specification in place, to guide our work moving forward.

As noted in the minutes from last week's
meeting, I'd like to invite your help with a close
review of the Design
and language specification and a round of clean-up
and revision. 

Target: Get a fresh version ready for Feb. 15.

  • Identify the revisions to make, and review on Jan. 24 meeting.
  • JH (and anyone who would like to help): Make revisions and republish.
  • SC reviews changes, approves new copy for Feb. 15 posting as a public OASIS document.
