DITA l&t meeting postponed to next week - Thursday, April 23

Dear DITA learning and training content
specialization sub-committee, 

Apologies for the late notice, but due to several
folks not available until
next week, Troy and I are postponing the kick-off meeting for the samples
workgroup to next Thursday, April 23. 

Subsequently, there will be no sub-committee meeting
on April 16.
