I've added another sample session, MU120_4M2, to the DITA4Publishers sample
data area and committed an update to ou2dita.xsl to account for new things
in that sample.

I've also added a utility library, lib/relpath_util.xsl, to the project.
This library provides XSLT 2 functions for working with file paths so that
you can, for example, calculate the relative path between two resources. My
plan is to use this code to calculate the paths for references to topics and
media objects in the generated result, which currently is not implemented.
