I agree.
In my opinion, DITA 1.3 L&T is mature. We are in large scale production with it in SAP and have written/translated millions of instances. We are very pleased with it and are very grateful for all the hard work the subcommittee put in over
the years to make it a reality!

I think it's time to close the subcommittee and move the grammar files to an Open OASIS GitHub repository.
