Another possibly useful way to assess scenarios would be for members to contribute some URLs of existing sites that *could* be sensible candidates for Lightweight DITA as content. That is, not only scenarios in the abstract, but also candidates we can inspect more literally.

Just a starter on some topic-oriented community content hubs (not quite wikis) that could be candidates for Lightweight DITA:
