Lightweight DITA DTDs on GitHub

Eliot Kimber has given me access to the DITA Community repositories on 
GitHub. I plan to create a new repository with this URL:

https://github.com/dita-community/lightweight-dita

We talked in the last meeting about using this as an alternate to the 
official TC Subversion repo, which I believe is here:

https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/dita/subcommittees/LightweightDITA/

I think that the idea was to have copies of the LW DITA DTDs in the 
GitHub repository. Did I get that right?
