Lightweight DITA GitHub repository is an OASIS Open Repository

Hi, Lightweight DITA subcommittee.

I want to remind members of the purpose of the OASIS Open Repositories: 
Information and sharing portals that can support and complement the work 
of an OASIS TC, such as tool and use cases.

However, the OASIS Open Repositories are not intended for specification 
work. Grammar files and specification content for Lightweight DITA needs 
to be in an repository designated by OASIS for TC specification work, 
either SVN or GitHub.

Please add this to the agenda for a future meeting.
