Subject: RE: [dita-lightweight-dita] Link for today's meeting?

Unfortunately the conflict is on my webex - unless someone else has a web conference/zoom they can use?

Michael, why don't you start the WebEx and then join when you can? Assuming that Carlos is available to chair.

Best,
Kris

I have a conflict for the first half hour today - with apologies, can we move the meeting to start at 1:30?

Ideally, info about the call should be stored on the calendar. If you don't want to make the password available to the general public, the event entry can link to an action item that stores the URL -- and only is available to TC members.

This is what the DITA TC does:

This is important, so that TC members who want to attend to subcommittee call can find it easily!
Best,
Kris
