Subject: Issue with MDITA syntax for table
The draft LwDITA spec contains the following content concerning the syntax for the MDITA equivalent of <simpletable>: MDITA (core and extended profiles)
A table should contain a header row, a delimiter row, and zero or more rows with entries. Table entries inside a row should be separated by pipes (|),
and the delimiter should contain hyphens (-), and optionally, a leading or trailing colon (:),
or both, to indicate left, right, or center alignment respectively. This is wrong; simple table does not support alignment in DITA, so it cannot be supported in LwDITA. Best, Kris Kristen James Eberlein Skype: kriseberlein; voice: +1 (919) 622-1501 |
