The document named SVG embedding in DITA 1.1 (foreign-element.pdf) has been

Document Description:
As discussed on the last SC meeting, I am uploading the current draft
description of the  element of DITA 1.1. The foreign element will be used
as a specialization container of foreign vocabulary. In the example, the
element  would be a specialization of . A processor can recognize this
specialization on it's class attribute topic/foreign. 
As the foreign element can contain any svg valid content, also references
would work. However, it must be understood, that the use of the foreign
element will depend on available tool support. It must also be considered,
that this is a draft only, and not yet released.
