I've reviewed the topics for the hazard-statement domain elements. Attached is a CHM of the revised topics, which includes a few draft comments:

Primary questions:

1. Does the DITA Open Toolkit support PNG graphics? If not, we should change the examples, all of which reference PNG graphics.
2. Currently, all topics are missing attribute information. Who is going to add that? I think that the only unique attribute and value pairs are type and labelformat. Does the document at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dita-machine-industry/document.php?document_id=22148 contain accurate information?
