identify the access type at the bit level.

per 2009-05-27 teleconference discussion:

Tom has verified that in Freescale's implementation, the processing pipeline supports access type specification only at the register level. However, Freescale has a plan to eventually support bitField level specification, too, and sees no limitation in the data model to prevent this.
