More to the point … are the DITA DTDs on the web at a normative location? If so, we could look into hosting the SIDSC DTDs under that authority.

However, until we have the SIDSC specification at an official Committee Draft status, I doubt that the Technical Committee would be interested in treating our DTDs in a normative manner. So until then, the best source will be the SVN repository:

Are the SIDSC DTDs available on the web?

 

I ask because it would ease the validation of the SIDSC files. Instead of having the DTDs locally, we would simply use the absolute http URL.

 

If it is not feasible for IP/administrative reasons, I guess we will upload them on our intranet.
