Item 2:
Bob suggested that he will lead the effort to consolidate the review comments in the legacy document and produce a new shared-review document as a sort of a "reset" on the process. Nancy offered her help.
Nancy reports that the dtd2dita "tool kit" that Robert Anderson had created for the DITA 1.2 spec was quite problematic, so the TC is looking into a new methodology for DITA 1.3. She suggests that she might be able to look at it, but suspects that we're stuck until the DITA 1.3 solution is in place.
Bob also asked about a DITA OT plugin for the generation of an OASIS look-and-feel PDF. Nancy says that OASIS is becoming more flexible in regard to l-n-f. She suggests that the PDF2 transtype should be sufficient.
Severin also offered to help with the generation of the documentation from the DTDs.
Bob will communicate with Nancy and Severin regarding the help he needs.
Item 3:
Freescale has encountered several "edge-case" scenarios that require refinement of the specification.
Marcos suggests that there may be some level of classification of these refinements to help foster these conversations.
Item 4:
CMS/DITA presentations
Eliot gave his presentation to the TC last week and a recording is available, Michael Priestly will give his in the next week or two, and Nancy will make us all aware.
