Need to reactivate or close this subcommittee

Dear subcommittee members:

At the DITA TC meeting last week, we discussed the future of this 
subcommittee. It has been inactive since Bob Beims left Freescale and so 
was unable to continue as the SC chair.

At this time, we'd like members to consider stepping up to reactivate 
the SC. Folks from Freescale or Altera, might you be able to provide 
leadership?

If the SC has not reconvened and elected a chair by the end of November, 
the DITA TC will vote to close the subcommittee.
