Hi JoAnn,

The problems caused in Polish in the following example are as follows:

1) The nominative for of hydraulic lift is 'dźwignia hydraliczna'
2) The instrumental form required in the example is 'dźwignię hydrauliczną'

Therefore a publication instance based on a conref link to a termbase 
would produce an ungrammatical instance of:

Używając dźwignia hydraliczna podnieś pojazd z ziemi.

Whereas the grammatically correct form should be:

Używając dźwignię hydraliczną podnieś pojazd z ziemi.

The ungrammatical instance is really horrible to native speakers and 
would produce a very negative reaction to the quality of the publication 
akin to the very worse examples you can imagine in English.
