The outline of the article about translating DITA using XLIFF as intermediate format is now available at http://www.heartsome.org/hswiki/DITA_XLIFF

As I advance in the text I'll copy the changes to the Wiki. If anyone wants to add sections, comments or any idea, please go ahead and change the wiki.
