Greetings, DITA TC colleagues.  This is a reminder for Tuesday's regular
telecon, from 11 AM to noon EDT.

I have rearranged the order of some issues to get to some new material
first.

 - Any new feedback/action on @scale usage? (Don proposes that we
   document clearly the expected behavior of @scale, and keep it
   for now for best legacy compatibility)

 - Alignment convention (elements, attributes, comments, etc.)
 - Testing the DTDs and Schemas
