Some additional issues:
- conref improvements (per deepdive #5)
- text atts with translatable text - move into elements for sake of
translatability and reusability
- add outputclass to linkinfo, linktext (consider making most universal
attributes completely universal, for ease of maintenance) - eg id and conref
also missing here, and elsewhere - eg rows
- move format and scope into rel-atts
- consider making role un-enumerated, also other enumerated atts - vs. the
role="other" plus otherrole approach, which is only semi-extensible
- allow nesting of keyword
