Subject: RE: [dita] Complexity of bookmap - sequence of volumes

Sure - check out this link:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v5r4/topic/pdf_table/table/launcher.htm

Any of the PDFs listed with a type of Manual are part of a library. The
titles would be encoded like this:
<booktitle>
  <booklibrary>IBM Systems - iSeries</booklibrary>
  <mainbooktitle>Application Display Programming</mainbooktitle>
</booktitle>

<booktitle>
  <booklibrary>iSeries</booklibrary>
  <mainbooktitle>CICS for iSeries Application
Programming Guide</mainbooktitle>
</booktitle>
