Subject: Groups - DITA 1.1 Architectural Spec (source files) (archspec.zip) uploaded

Updated the DTD and Schema descriptions based on the following decision at
yesterday's meeting:

Consensus: Publish catalogs with URNs. Remove the following sections from
architectural specification:
    DTD organization/Public identifiers for DTDs
    XML Schema organization/XML Schema catalog identifiers

The document revision named DITA 1.1 Architectural Spec (source files)
(archspec.zip) has been submitted by Mr. Robert Anderson to the OASIS
Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) TC document repository.  This
document is revision #2 of archspec.zip.

Document Description:
Source files for the Committee Draft build of the architectural spec with
public comments incorporated as follows:

fixed mathml examples (additional typo fix on May 9)

removed statement that topic body is required

in description of collection-type, added statement: 
"Where the collection-type attribute is available on elements that cannot
contain topicrefs (such as reltable and relcolspec), the behavior of the
is reserved for future use."

added clarifications of behavior for each attribute value when set on the
root map element.

dtdorganization.dita and schemaorganization.dita
Removed description of DTDs and Schemas that belong in the catalog
