This revision of the DTDs includes nearly everything from DITA 1.2. All
that is missing is:

* A constraints module to limit the task to something closer to DITA 1.1
* Resolution on some questions about #12018, 12021, 12026
* Sample of controlled values for 12031
* The full Machine Industry Task Type DTD
* Modules from the Learning Subcommittee

Document Description:
Draft of the DITA 1.2 DTDs. I will upload new packages periodically as new
sets of requirements are implemented.

The file _Updates.txt within the package contains a list of included
features. This file will be included with each draft until the changes are
complete.
