Actually, I think we've generally agreed that an Implementation Guide is both necessary and urgent. We've already agreed, I think, to move a number of the "how to" topics from the original Arch Spec draft into that document. I have already volunteered to work on that doc as soon as we're done with the Arch Spec--I think it's existence will be a key to continued adoption of DITA and the fact that we do have the Adoption TC as a vehicle for publishing such things at least means it can be an organized effort.
