I can take a stab at integrating the comments if there are no other

I will be working on that over the next couple of days once I have
worked through the comments on the Configuration and extension section.

As a reader of the HTML I would expect the content to be presented in a
specific sequence and I would expect to be able to conveniently read it
sequentially.
