1. Determine deadlines for review of the PDF and communicate them to volunteers: JoAnn Hackos (arch spec), Dick Hamilton (hyperlinks), Don Day
2. Track volunteers' progress in meeting deadlines
3. Triage problems: What must be fixed before the public review?
4. Communicate with folks working on XSL files (Tony Self?) and Suite Solutions
5. Ensure that XSL fixes are in place and tested before PDF is generated for public review
