At the DITA TC meeting on 27 April 2010, we discussed both (1) Need to keep this concern and need for usability in mind as we design DITA 1.3, and (2) The possibility of creating a simplified subset of DITA 1.3, probably as a deliverable designed by a TC subcommittee.
