need to update pages

I went to our public TC home page at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=dita
and found no mention of the DITA 1.2 review.

I went to our own FrontPage wiki and could not find a
link to the review copy of DITA 1.2.

The public review page at 
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/PublicReview1Comments
does not have a link to the spec being reviewed.

I finally gave up and found Mary's email announcement
of July 7 to get the links.

I think we need to do some updating of our various pages.
