11 AM - 1PM ET
2:30 PM ET - 3 PM ET


Before 9 and after 5 are out for some, so these slots are it. But I 
suspect the business will be straightforward.

I'll wait for one more confirmation before sending out a meeting notice; 
please keep these slots open if you can.

Also, regarding Doug's suggestions, in the spirit of general consensus 
I'll just ask that if any Voting Member objects to the plan of record 
(to rescind the 15 day review), please send an email to the list stating 
so. I'll still ask for the meeting so that the concern can be addressed 
if possible. If we determine that there were no Substantive changes per 
Mary's definition, our plan should be fine.
