Would aggregated minutes of TC meetings be helpful?

Attached is a PDF that contains minutes from the TC meetings in 2013. 
It's not pretty, since I simply dumped the contents of the minutes into 
<pre> elements.

But it takes minimal effort and would enable us to search across 
multiple meetings for specific proposal numbers, action items, etc. 
Nancy and other minute takers could take minutes in either Notepad or a 
DITA editor, and regardless of note-taking environment would be able to 
begin with a copy-and-paste on the FrontPage agenda.
