MathML update

Hi all,

I was out during the last discussion of MathML, but I think that some items
were left on Eliot's plate. Can we bring this up at our meeting again to
double check where everything is and possibly make a bit more progress? I'm
under some pressure to get a prototype of this out, and are hoping to get
as close as we can to what OASIS will be delivering (ideally, with a design
that actually matches, even if the eventual element names differ).
