Here is my status:

13041: Cross-deliverable referencing: under development

13103: @print replacement: Awaiting TC review

13104: keyref for object and param: Awaiting TC review

13112: RelaxNG for DITA vocabulary: under development. Made good progress
over the weekend on implementing RNG-to-DTD transform but still have a few
generation details to lock down.

13119: SVG domain: Awaiting TC review
13120: Vocabulary for publishing process details: under development
