Guys, this is really shaping up! Kudos to Stan for the cat herding and to Tom for the slide wrangling; kudos to the slide authors for the good revisions. I'm quite pleased.

I think we should plan to use the TC meeting time today for a pre-rehearsal:

Slide owners can present their slides and get feedback from TC members.
We can discuss the best order for the features.
We can discuss whether we are missing anything critical.
We can discuss what we want to use for opening poll questions. So far, the suggestions have been:

What version of DITA are you using? (1.0, 1.1, 1.2, I don't know, Not using DITA -- Just interested)

I'll ensure that we have screen sharing set up for the call.

2. Robert, Mark, and Chris updated their slides and sent them to me.

PLEASE ping me if I fat-fingered a copy-paste operation on one of your slides.

4. I need slides from JoAnn and updates from Tom Cihak, Nancy, and Bob.

5. As soon as I get them, I'll integrate and redistribute the master slide stack.

Kris and JoAnn -- I can iterate this way for a while -- let me know if/when you want me to get out of slide consolidation business.

Most of the webinar slides are now in! I have attached a ZIP archive containing all the current PowerPoint files.

Kris and I looked these over in some detail yesterday and today and have some feedback that we'd like to send your way (also attached as a text file). Sometimes you have to go through an iteration before it starts to become clear what seems to work well.

If we'd like to the webinar attendees to perceive these slides as having come from one group (albeit a volunteer distributed one), we do have some work to do and probably a couple of iterations.

Anyway . . . we're hoping that you'd be able to find some time in the next day or so to review the feedback and do your best to update your slides. Please send updates to both to Kris and to me.

Tom Magliery (bless him) is looking at the underlying PowerPoint masters for us while we content developers update our slides. It's possible that the slide master update and the content updates converge on Monday so we could have a complete set of slides ready for TC review Tuesday some time.

Yup -- I know -- another New Englander sniffing too many highway repaving fumes.

Let's do our best . . . please let me know how I can assist (especially with reviewing feedback comments).
