4. Trello items: Spec clarification and improvements
a. wrt constraints file name extensions, Nancy will contact Eliot by mail, with Kris in loop, to clarify extension issue.
b. TC members will work on Trello items and make changes in spec and in table on wiki

5. Continued item: Question about domains attribute:
Resolution reached
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00103.html (Eberlein, 15 October 2014)
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00000.html (Anderson, 3 October 2014)
This was discussed via email between Robert Anderson and Eliot Kimber;
Resolution: the spec will be updated to allow use of tokens even when using base DITA shells, but it won't include any normative language in this area, so the tokens won't be required.

6. New item: Issues in DTDs checked into SVN
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00110.html (Anderson, 20 October 2014)
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00111.html (Kimber, 20 October 2014)
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00112.html (Anderson, 20 October 2014)
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00113.html (Eberlein, 20 October 2014)
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00115.html (Anderson, 20 October 2014)
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00116.html (Kimber, 20 October 2014)
Robert gave overview; issue arose when Kris noticed a problem in domain tokens; Eliot said it was a problem in 1.2, but it wasn't. That is, 1.2 as distributed by OASIS didn't have problem; 1.2 in SVN, which was generated by Eliot's RNG->DTD scripts, has it. So Robert resurrected tools he built and used for 1.2, and did a diff between what was shipped in 1.2 and the 1.2 files generated by Eliot's tools. This turned up a whole bunch of differences, so areas where the transform was generating invalid code, because there were typos in the RNG, some more anomalous diffs.

[long discussion, mostly between Robert, Kris, and Eliot, with some comments by others, as to whether we need a serious manual inspection of the 1.2 / 1.3 code, and whether we need to stop generating the DTDs from the transforms at some point and finish them off by hand for 1.3. Robert and Kris think we need to do this, Eliot would like to create final 1.3 code using the transform.]

Will continue discussion next week to try to come up with a date to go over to manual mode; ChrisN, DavidH, BobT have said they'll do testing of doc shells against real content. Eric Sirois agreed to do visual inspection of XSD files. Feature owners really need to test 'final' spec and content models to make sure the descriptions and grammar files for their features all read and work as expected.

Don suggested that Eliot incorporate a regex test of his generated files as part of validating them. Eliot said he would do that. Not an alternative to manual inspection, but in addition...

7. Statements of use for DITA 1.3
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00114.html (Eberlein, 20 October 2014)
Kris; please take a look at emailed reference item for next week.

8. "Fun" with constraints:
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00125.html (Eberlein, 20 October 2014)
Kris; we really need folks to look over this material; Nancy, Bob, TomM will all review it.

9. Use of %tbl.table.name in tblDecl.mod
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201410/msg00118.html (Kimber 20 October 2014)
Overview: there continues to be an exchange by Robert and Eliot on list
