Eliot's observation about the proposal not specifying adding troubleshooting to ditabase is correct. That was an oversight on my part. I would like to see it included with ditabase. I suspect that the rest of the tech-comm subcommittee feels the same way. But, to be sure, I will bring this to the attention of the tech-comm list.

The troubleshooting proposal did not specify adding that topic type to ditabase. But it seems reasonable to include it since ditabase includes all the Tech Comm topic types.
