Subject: Need to include a "Domain constraints integration" section in the XML grammar files?

Here's the situation. We have a example in the draft 1.3 spec that illustrates how an information architect can constrain the highlighting domain. See https://td-demo.titaniasoftware.com/portals/ui/sample/viewer/5519e16ce4b016f565df9582/5519e185e4b016f565df9959/r/example-contraints-subset-domain for the current topic.

The issue is that the example shows the IA adding a "Domain constraints integration" section BEFORE the "DOMAIN ENTITY DECLARATIONS" comment. This is necessary. The problem is, of course, that we do not have such a section in any of our DTD-based document type shells.

Do we need to add such a section? Is it possible at this late date?
