Questions about csprd01

For the title on the cover pages and the citation format, which of the following should it be?

• Committee Specification Public Review Draft 01
• Public Review Draft 01

On the cover pages, what should be listed in the "Previous version" section?

• Not applicable
• Links for csd01, for example, http://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/dita/v1.3/csd01/dita-v1.3-csd01-part0-overview.html

In Part 1, the footer still has WD- at the start of the filename
