The ballot to approve DITA V1.3 COS02 as an OASIS Standard has been set up. I have tweeted it and announced it on LinkedIn in the DITA and OASIS groups as well as my own personal account. Feel free, as always, to like/retweet/comment/share/reshare/preshare/pretreat/etc. to continue circulating the news. 

The ballot opens tomorrow at 00:00 UTC and closes September 17th at 23:59 UTC. You can access the ballot at:

The roster has 300 organizational members so 45 (15%) is your threshold for passing.
