Additional Agenda Items for Tomorrow's Meeting

Hello there:

I'd like to add a couple of agenda items for tomorrow's TC meeting:

1/ Status of the "DITA 1.3 from A-Z" draft whitepaper. Should this be circulated for other TC members to comment on?

2/ Review procedure for translated DITA Adoption whitepapers. We have two existing whitepapers that have recently been translated to Simplified Chinese. Does this require a native-language review prior to publication or do we publish as-is and incorporate changes/comments going forward?
