Subject: Errata: wrong default version number in RNG
Radu Coravu reported to DITA-OT that the wrong version number appears in the topicMod.rng file:

It just needs to switch a default attribute value from 1.2 to 1.3. The value is correct in the map RNG and in the DTDs. Haven't checked the XSD.
