We did hit a slow down with a lot of projects piling in. We are getting the 2 ahead of you out the door now so I expect yours will be out by Wednesday.

When I reached out to you all about turnaround time on this a few months back, you thought it could be handled pretty much immediately. Have things changed? Do you have a backlog of requests to handle?
