Hi Kris,

Thanks for your updates and offline coaching. I understand where the 
conflict arose btw the committee note plug-in and changes to the DITA-OT 
3.2.1/3.3 PDF2 plug-in.

I've generated a pull request with mods to the committee note plug-in to 
better match the new OASIS committee note template. (Adjusted margins, 
added header rule, tweaked font sizes and spacing, removed footer rule). 
PDF of the LwDITA CN1 is attached for the TC's inspection. (I realize I 
did my testing with CN1 instead of CN2. But it's just about 
formatting/layout).
