regrets for 3/26

Colleagues,

I am delivering training Tuesday 3/26 and will miss the TC meeting.

On the Lightweight DITA front, I object to using HDITA @class for 
specialization (and removing it's usefulness as a container for 
@outputclass metadata; even deprecating @outputclass in XDITA). I hope 
the TC can defer discussion on this issue until I return. I will also 
attempt to address the issue in email to the TC.
