Regrets for Today's TC Meeting

I have a meeting conflict for the first half-hour of the TC meeting  
today, so I will miss out on at least the first half of today's meeting.

A quick summary of DITA Adoption highlights of late:
- request to OASIS for GitHub repositories for holding  
work-in-progress for members plus a separate, public repository
- ongoing work on a whitepaper looking at DITA and localization  
costs/processes
- planning work underway to write a wiki-based guide on using DITA

If Stan or Scott are there at today's meeting they may be able to talk  
to these points in more detail.
