Items for today's agenda?

We are light on items for today's call. Please think about whether there 
are items that you would like the TC to discuss.

The one that comes to mind for me is folks' experiences with preparing 
companies' current source for DITA. I'd did this recently for a client, 
and found that changing @navtitle to <navtitle> was not simple.
