Subject: Today's TC call will be a spec-editing session

Since half of our voting members have sent regrets, we cannot achieve quorum. Accordingly, todayâs scheduled call will be a spec-editing session. Everyone is of course welcome, but Robert is required and Frank is highly encouraged ð
