Jeff, I would expand this to say that
the new Kavi based system has changed OASIS documents from being fully
public to being a mix of public/semi-public (OASIS members only) and private
(TC members only). So while I agree with your finding - I would assert
that it is far more pervasive a problem than just TC meeting minutes and
that it in fact includes documents and many other things. Given the defaults
are private when creating documents this is perhaps not surprising.
