Here is another requirement for interface/process

- Client applications which support WebDAV (eg XML Spy, OpenOffice, Microsoft 
Office 2000/XP, Adobe Framemaker, Adobe Acrobat, Eclipse etc) must be able to 
get documents from the DMS using WebDAV, edit them, and put them back.  ie 
WebDAV can be used as an interface for submission/modification.
